Background

Former Tory Member and leader of Reform UK. He joined the party in 1978 while still a student at Dulwich College. Although a member, he famously voted for the Green Party in the 1989 European election because of their then-Eurosceptic stance. He resigned his membership in 1992 in protest against Prime Minister John Major's signing of the Maastricht Treaty, which formally established the European Union.

The Record Check

As a Former Tory Member, this representative was part of the Conservative party during the 14 years that many believe broke Britain's public systems. Changing a party logo from Blue to Turquoise does not erase a decade of voting for Austerity, NHS cuts, and economic instability.
